RAJICEVA

Artificial trees

Artificial trees were done as a sculpture-oriented installation and attraction for the main hall of the Rajiceva shopping mall that is located in the heart of Belgrade’s pedestrian zone. The request that was put in front of us was to build five hyper-realistic artificial trees according to architect plans that had specifically designed dimensions and shapes of treetops for each tree individually. The biggest tree was eleven meters tall and it stretched through the ceiling of the first floor placing the huge tree top at the center of the main hall.

Manufacturing of the Uriell sculpture was the biggest challenge we have met so far artistically. With commitment, dedication and knowledge we succeeded in realising this project even though it seemed nearly impossible at the beginning. A lot of challenges such as engineering and understanding different materials needed to be overcome so as to comply with the requests that were put in front of us. Many things on this project were done for the first time so we didn’t have any references that could help us and give us any promise of success. Supporting the sculpture in just one point was just one of the problems beside the construction of the 20mm thick acrylic shell made from 13 independent and beveled panels. Manufacturing of the brackets was a special problem because we were unable to produce with standard production technique.

COUGARTRON

Epoxy composite unit

The cougartron housing unit is a limited series product intended for the western European market. The units that we produce represent the housing of the machine for welds and corrosion cleaning. Because of the unit complexity and demands for the highest standards regarding the quality and the aesthetics the whole unit is made from epoxy resin and fiberglass cloth. Beside composite parts we also made inox brackets and wheel axles.

DOLL

Stage scenography sculpture

Certainly the biggest sculpture that we did so far is the figure of a girl in a bridge pose. The “doll” was done as a part of scenography for the performance of Relja Popovic on ULAZ festival. The biggest challenge on this project was the ten days deadline for the whole sculpture and the “mirrors” that served as a sculpture support. The overall height of the “doll” is 4.2m.

LEECHES

Future of neurons development

The Leeches project encompassed casting large amount of epoxy resin with highest demands regarding the quality. Very detailed sculptures of neuron nano robots had to be casted in acryl tubes of 9.5l volume with no visible joints or any imperfections. After four months of testing we successfully finished, casting 6 tubes.

SISYPHUS

New way of fitness

Sisyphus is a new concept of fitness machine that was imagined as a new approach to developing muscles and improving the professionals’ fitness. Considering this, we aimed to offer unique design that will be consistent with the ideology of the client and the limited production. In the process of designing we had to consider basic production technologies due to limited series and to keep project profitable. This is the biggest issue with complex products with limited production. After four years of design and machine development we have found the optimal design solution that considered the required quality and aesthetics. CAMERA

Supreme carbon camera housing

Housing for the military oriented cameras was the most demanding task in terms of engineering, construction and requested specifications. The unit had to meet the highest requirements concerning weight, stiffness and thermal isolation. For that reason only high quality materials were used in the construction of the unit. Most of the housing is made from carbon fiber composite with HDT epoxy resins.

JOVANCA

Story of world traveler

Jovanca Micic is a legendary resident of the city of Jagodina and the first Serb who travelled world. According to the client’s requests, we made a 4.2 meters high sculpture of Jovanca that can withstand all weather conditions for a 20 years period of time.

This table was commissioned by the RTS sports department for the 2016 Champions League. The Skulptor team did the design proposition and production of the table. The table is made of HPL boards with steel construction as a support.

National television of Serbia

This table was commissioned by the RTS regarding the Serbian presidential elections of 2016. The complete project, including design and production was done by the Skulptor team for the RTS. The interesting thing about this design was the request of the RTS stuff for the table to be modular so that three or more combinations of the tables can be made depending on the show or the occasion. It is important to mention that one part of the table is completely made of acryl with RGB LED lighting implemented inside.

The table for the OKO MAGAZIN show was the first commission that we did for the National Television of Serbia. It was manufactured according to the RTS design proposition and requests. Even though the table was done in 2011 it is still in use as one of the landmarks of the show.

One of the easier and most favorite projects for the RTS was done for the morning show. According to the request for a light and eye-catching form, we created a simple table which combines two very different and contrast materials. Massive red painted wood with inox steel polished legs gave the impression of a light and striking form.

The Zmaj Jovina 4 staircase was a project where we did the full service from design to manufacturing and setting up the aforementioned staircase. The idea was to give new energy to small apartments and to make staircase not only functional but also an integral part of the interior in the sense of aesthetics.

The three-dimensional Mercedes Benz sign was done by the request of advertising agency regarding the promotion event of the new C-class. The main goals of the project were top quality and a finish that will be in accordance with the brand that is being promoted.

Modeling board

Modeling boards are polyurethane or epoxy casted boards of different densities and dimensions. This modeling material is designed for professional use on models where precision and excellent dimensional stability are necessary. Another advantage is the smoothness of the milled surface that can be painted almost directly after sanding. Necuron and RAMPF are the mostly used brands in this field.
